Description
Description: MC-800 is a water-based, gun-applied acrylic sealant that cures to a flexible, tough rubber with excellent adhesion to porous surfaces without primer. It is cost-effective, eco-friendly, and can be easily cleaned with water. This dispersion acrylic sealant outperforms traditional caulking compounds like butyl and oil-based mastics.
Uses:
- Cargo containers and cabins
- General glazing on wood, concrete, marble, etc.
- DIY projects: gutters, door and window joints, skylights, air-conditioning
- Energy-saving: seals air drafts around air conditioners
Application:
- Ensure the surface is clean and dry.
- Mask smooth surfaces for easy cleanup.
- Use approved back-up material in joints.
- Cut the nozzle to the desired size.
- Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun.
- Apply sealant uniformly, tooling within 5 minutes.
- Clean excess sealant with water.
Curing Time:
- Tack-free in approximately 10 minutes.
- Cures to a depth of 10mm in 7-14 days (longer in cold or humid conditions).

Note:
