PassionGadgets LTA Transfer Ownership online application form for E-Bikes (PABs) & E-Scooters (PMDs)

LTA PAB Ownership Transfer

We will initiate the transfer process online within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

You have 5 calendar days to confirm the transfer to be the registered owner.
(If you don't accept the transfer of ownership, there will be $100 fined by LTA. After 6months, will be court fined)

Once you had confirmed the transfer, you will have to pay the transfer fee of $7(E-Scooter) / $11(E-bike) to LTA.
