Limited Warranty Coverage
Bicycle Warranty: 
1 / 2 / 4 / 6 years on Bike Frame under normal usage
and 1 year on general parts and components 
(limited to the front fork, saddle, seat post, shift levers, F/R derailleurs,
chainring set, crankset, hubs, freewheel set, handlebar set, stem, F/R brakes,
brake levers, pedals, fender set, carrier set, bearings, and linkage bars)

General wear and tear is not covered under warranty.  
Wheel/ Tire, moving parts, brake pads, cables, bottom of foot pedal, will wear out over time. 
Creaking or rattling noises from deck when Pedalling/ kicking is not covered as well.  
Customers are advised to perform self-maintenance from time to time to prolong bicycle/scooter functionality. 

Physical damage is not covered under warranty.  
Damage from stunt riding, racing, commercial use, riding over curbs, through potholes, road surfaces, improper assembling or other abusive treatment
Faulty scooter/bicycle caused by natural disaster/weather.
By improper repair by third parties is not covered under warranty.  
Warranty will be void if any form of modification is done on sole discrete.
The warranty does not cover transportation/shipping/labour cost to install replacement parts.

Disclaimer:

1. The customer understands the risk of serious injury or death in the operation of such products and shall agree to take the necessary precautions and exercise good judgment to avoid hazardous and dangerous situations which may result in serious injury or death.
2. Passion Gadgets will not be liable and will not take responsibility for all injuries or death arising from the operation of the product.
3. The use of safety and protective gear such as bicycle helmets is strongly encouraged. Customers are encouraged to exercise good judgment as well.
4. The customer is advised to take the following precautions:

• Do not ride on wet ground or in heavy rain;
• Take corners slowly and look out for pedestrians;
• Avoid potholes, kerbs, and debris on the ground;
• Keep tires pumped to the specified pressure;
• Dismount in places with heavy human traffic and push the scooter manually;
• Service the product every 3 months on regular usage, 6 months for non-frequent usage;
• Do not use products on public roads and respect local road regulations.
